Two weeks, February 2023, Retreat


Accommodation, internal travel, all sessions yoga and healing, and food.

Some extra for days off, and flights in/out of Delhi.

We will be spending a few days on retreat, with twice daily yoga/meditation sessions, and evening gatherings for satsang/philosophy/chanting. Then some time to travel and fewer sessions on these days, and then more retreat time. This is a chance to dive into your practise in the country it was born from, and to visit some deeply inspiring places. Sessions are optional but recommended. Yoga is Vinyasa, with Ashtanga practitioners especially welcome and time made for this as well as Vinyasa Yoga, alignment workshops and Restorative sessions.

Full itinerary given after signing up. The first two weeks are in a location not too far from Delhi. Sacred places and deep practise immersion. This is Bhakti at its most pure and combined with deep asana is a powerful instrument for inner and outer transformation. 

The third week if you join for this option (or stay on) is in a more southern location, travel as a group. 

Here the focus again on your existing practise but also on internal meditative practises.

There will be opportunities for treatments, plenty of free time for reflection, and time for connection with others. Any questions get in touch, but please come and chat to me in class if possible.

If you want to join for just one week this is an option, please let me know.

I have aimed to make this affordable whilst allowing enough time to make it worthwhile. As always you are in charge of what you do, and how full you want to make your itinerary from what is offered. Food will be vegetarian/vegan.

Deposit £330 fully refunded if any global mishap gets in the way or I have to cancel for some reason. Balance payable November 30th 2022. If you need more time to pay please let me know.
